- Customer Service & Technical Support: Received correspondence from Providers and Patients via email, fax and mail while providing exceptional support in regards to processing increases for (supplies for Diabetic and Pump patients), doctor changes and renewals for Physician Written Orders. Provided Care Management by processing Advanced Beneficiary Notices and Physician Written Orders so that patients can receive their supplies in a timely manner. Correspond with Physician offices to ensure that orders are processed accurately by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services guidelines. Adhered to Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurances regulations and guidelines.
- Research & Complaint Resolution: Thoroughly researches escalated issues regarding (Discrepant or Incomplete Physician Written Orders and Advanced Beneficiary Notices) and take appropriate actions to resolve them within established service level agreement.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects as assigned or directed. Ensured Provider and Patient disputes were handled within mandatory time requirements and in compliance with the Center of Medicare and Medicare Services guidelines.
