  • Maintain patient demographics, respond to patient inquiries, charge and payment entry, perform internal audits, process overpayments, audit insurance refunds and/or recoupments, prepare end of  month reports, insurance verification as needed, patient and insurance collections, process insurance appeals, prepare patient financial contracts,  process patient statements, daily submission of electronic claims, resolve electronic  billing errors, Physician credentialing as required
  • Conduct monthly training for all employees to ensure development and improve day to day performance, hire new employees for all departments, conduct terminations, exit interviews, employee performance evaluations, facilitate orientation of new employees, review employee time cards to minimize overtime, maintain employee files, ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality
  • Organize and direct incoming/outgoing mail, oversee custodian of medical records, oversee inventory of office answer high volume multiple telephone lines, provide coverage for all departments as needed, traveled to all locations on a bi-weekly basis
  • Management of accounts receivable/payable in QuickBooks, manage daily deposits, payroll
  • Conduct new hire interviews, terminations, exit interviews,  employee performance evaluations, facilitate orientation and training of new employees, review employee time cards to minimize overtime, maintain physician and employee files, ensure adherence to company policies, HIPAA regulations, procedures, and confidentiality
