  • Collecting statistical data from various departments and preparing statistical bulletin and reports on quality indicators every month for the use of hospital directors.
  • Taking daily rounds  of  the  patients,  informing patients  of  their  general  condition,  getting  lab and radiology investigations ready as per the instructions of the treating consultant.
  • Preparing discharge summaries, filling up insurance claim forms, and preparing death certificates as per requirements.
