Jeff Romine is seeking a position as a software trainer, business analyst, business administration manager, project manager or medical software trainer/curriculum developer where he can utilize His acquired skills working in the medical field over the last 25 years. He has extensive experience as in healthcare software field and training field including many years of working as a medical, implementation specialist. He worked with all medical specialties (Primary Care, OB/GYN, Surgery, Neurology, etc… he also had a unique emphasis with Community Care (FQHC, RHC, Institutional billing). He is looking for a “remote position” working out of my home, but also willing to do limited traveling.


  • He has trained on both billing and electronic medical records. (EMR/EHR), though he is much stronger on the Billing/Financial side. He has excellent skills in multiple types of software: patient management, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web design applications. He is able to learn very quickly.


  • Worked with two lines of business in this position Community Care and Voyager (Hospice). Took on a lot of responsibility and have proven himself as a hard worker, and team player, took on the Voyager (Hospice) line of business when he saw there was a need for that and have been able to relieve a lot of stress from that Project Manager.
  • Responsible for entire implementation process for new clients. Most training was completed at client’s site with various types of users: Billers, Office Mangers, Clinical Staff, Physicians, etc... These offices varied in size from several users to hundreds. Was one of the first “cross-trained” trainers at e-MDs meaning I could train both “Bill & Chart-EMR/EHR. Loved his work, excelled at it
  • Worked with clients to implement software into their practice. Also helped out with support issues. This was a small software company try to get into the Community Care market.
  • Worked with a Federally Qualified Health Center who was in a financial crisis to recover their accounts receivable. Was able to update their software appropriately, get their billing sent out, bring their accounts receivable to an acceptable level, move them to another patient management system and train their staff. This was all done on a contract basis in one years’ time.
  • Was responsible for entire implementation process of a medical practice management system for clients assigned. This software was specially designed for Federally Qualified Health Centers. The training was done in five phases. Developed and maintained professional relationships with his clients. As a senior trainer, was also responsible for helping the other trainers learn the applications. Traveled full time.
