Experience / Requirements:
- Experience reading medical conditions.
- Experience with ICD 10 coding.
- Good Typing Analytical skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with vendors/clients
- Should have good exposure in registration and Charge entry, Claim Submission, Payment Posting and Denial Processing.
- Should have good knowledge in processing medical billing, Insurance claims.
- Verifying patient s insurance coverage.
- Familiar with ICD & CPT codes.
- Understand Medical Coding documents.
- Collect patient identification and records
Experience / Requirements:
- Extracting relevant information from patient records.
- Liaising with physicians and other parties to clarify information.
- Examining documents for missing information.
- Assigning CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and ASA codes.
- Assigning APC and DRG codes.
- Ensuring documents are grammatically correct and free from typing errors.
- Performing chart audits.
- Advising and training physicians and staff on medical coding.
- Informing supervisor of issues with equipment and computer program.
- Ensuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.
- Abstract information from documentation and assign appropriate ICD-10 codes
Experience / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software.
- Proven experience in healthcare billing.
- Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience / Requirements:
- Good communication in English.
- Any Graduate & Post Graduate can apply.
- Satisfactory working in US Shift/Night shift (6:30 PM-3:30 AM).
- Undergraduates with more than six months BPO Experience would be considered.
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
- Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification
- Denial documentation and taking further action
- Maintain the individual daily logs
- Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
- Work cohesively in a team setting
- Assist team members to achieve shared goals
Experience / Requirements:
- Ensure client satisfaction with revenue collections for clients assigned.
- Provide weekly, Monthly Dashboards and resolve queries raised by clients.
- Maintain regular communication with all client decision makers; fulfill client expectations as outlined in the MSA.
- Make Clients accountable for inefficient internal processes.
- Visit Clients on-site as required to enhance better workflow and relationships.
